The hotel has been categorized in three phases as per the undergoing renovation concept. There will be altogether 108 rooms at this hotel by the mid of next year. The first phase comprising of 75 guestrooms is completed, while the other two phases that is expected to host 33 more rooms will be completed before the second half of the next year. All the rooms at Ramada hotel are provided with some basic facilities like satellite TV, desk, and broadband Internet connection access to mention some.
